Some students may need to apply for a Short-Term Study visa. Others may not need to apply for a visa at all.

We recommend that you check with the UK Border Agency for current advice, as rules may change.

You will need the following information:

What’s your nationality as shown on your passport or travel document?
What are you coming to the UK to do?
How long are you planning to study in the UK for?

Please note that short course students are not eligible for the General Student Visa (Tier 4), as this is reserved for students attending a full-time course of study such as a Bachelors or Masters degree.
